Returns & Damage — All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will send a replacement at our discretion. Installation damage, misuse, ordering errors, normal wear, weather exposure, or issues reported after 7 days are not covered.
Shipping — Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrives within 5-7 business days. Delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses.
Use & Liability — Customers are responsible for safe handling and installation. Products are sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees. Weaver Ranch Supply is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages related to product use. Liability is limited to the purchase price.
Wholesale — Bulk and wholesale orders are final sale. Resellers assume responsibility after delivery.
Privacy — We collect only the information needed to process orders and do not sell customer data.
